CPSC Awards 2017

The LPC is pleased to announce the inaugral 2017 Awards Event taking place on Wednesday 5th July at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, Bracken Place, Chilworth, Southampton SO16 3RB

Entries are invited from pharmacy contractors, pharmacy teams and those working in community pharmacy across Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth

There will be five award categories. We really welcome entries that showcase innovation, multidisciplinary team working and excellence in the practice of community pharmacy.

Entries submitted must use the appropriate form for each category (see attachments). The entries will be judged by an expert panel and the top three entries for each category invited to the Awards evening on the 5th July.

We will have a Key Note speaker at the event and plan to publicise the great work community pharmacies are doing in our locality to enhance patient care and help people stay healthy.
