Rise in FP10 prescriptions issued from the Queen Alexandra Hospital
CPSC has been notified by Sarah Nolan, Chief Pharmacist that you may see a rise in FP10 prescriptions coming to your pharmacy from the Queen Alexandra Hospital. This is temporary whilst they undergo essential building work in their outpatient pharmacy.
If you have any issue with a prescription and have trouble getting hold of the department or prescriber required, please contact the pharmacy escalation bleep 1262 via the main hospital switchboard.
