Changes to Pharmacy Collect (COVID-19 test kit distribution service)

The amended service will begin from 4th October
As part of the changes, people will be asked to register on www.gov.uk or via 119 for a collect code to pick up test kits.

A new data collection sheet is available here.
New marketing materials have been produced, A3 and A4 posters, and A5 leaflets and should have been delivered to each pharmacy marked as NHS Test and Trace. Please display them as soon as possible.
If you have not received them yet, contact: PharmacyCollect@dhsc.gov.uk for a pack.
People will be able to register for a 16 digit ‘collect code’ from 1st October.
