Pharmacies should ensure staff are available between 8am and 5pm on their scheduled delivery day, including during lunch closures, to avoid missed deliveries.

Deliveries should be reviewed on the supply dashboard now and checked. Orders can be modified until 8am, two days before delivery; after this, they are locked for that delivery.
