Re-run of Help Us, Help You campaign

From Monday 1st August, NHS England is re-running the lung cancer phase of the ‘Help Us, Help You’ campaign. The aim is to raise awareness of the key symptom of lung cancer – a cough that lasts for three weeks or more, and to encourage those who have this symptom to contact their GP practice.

The campaign targets adults over the age of 60, who are more at risk of lung cancer, and particularly those from C2DE socio-economic groups. The campaign also targets friends and family members to encourage loved ones to contact their GP practice if they are experiencing the key symptom of lung cancer.

The campaign will run in England across TV, catch up TV services, radio, PR, press, partnerships, and social media. Activity will also include multicultural and accessibility communications.

Resources will be available from the Campaign Resource Centre from w/c 1st August.
