Secure messaging available in the NHS App

Patients registered with practices that use the EMIS system can now use the NHS App to send and receive non-urgent messages to the practice

How to activate:
If an EMIS practice wants to start using this feature then they will need to enable it in the EMIS system.
This feature will be enabled for patients at TPP practices in the coming weeks.
This would be an ideal topic for PCN Leads to discuss with their practices, as widespread adoption will relieve some pressure on telephone calls and appointments.
