Weight Management Consultation

Please encourage patients to complete the public survey and complete the professional survey if you work within the Portsmouth locality. Surveys are now live.
There are two surveys - the first is one to share with members of the public and the second one for healthcare professionals (substantially shorter)
Public Survey - now live on PCC website
This survey is for ALL adults in Portsmouth regardless of whether or not they have accessed weight management services.
It should take about 10-15 minutes to complete, is anonymous and runs until 9am on the 28th Feb.

PCC would like to get as much input as possible in helping shape the future of obesity and weight management within the city so would be delighted if you are able to brief your teams and encourage them to share the public one with their clients/service users, whilst completing the professional one.
