'Increasing NMS in Anticoagulation across Wessex – a Wessex Wide programme for GPs and Pharmacists'

This training is provided to spread the availability of the very successful pilot conducted over the past 12 months within West Hampshire, and will enable pharmacists to have patients with newly prescribed anticoagulants directly referred to them from the prescriber, with the aim of increasing the number of NMS interactions with this important patient cohort.
There is therefore a benefit both professionally and finacially for all pharmacists to register and attend this important meeting.
This session will start at 18.30 with a simple buffet supper and speakers at 19.00.
