Southampton City CCG 'Healthier Communities' workshop

The event will be a busy and informative evening consisting of brief talks and workshops, the latest information from the NHS and plenty of opportunity for you to network with all invited attendees

The year our theme will be working together with Southampton’s communities to plan for health and care over the next five years. We will be reflecting on recent innovations and asking for your thoughts on how we achieve the changes we need in the next five years to meet the needs of people living in Southampton.
