Stop Smoking Very Brief Advice Training

Very Brief Advice (VBA) encourages those who come into contact with smokers to confidently ask smoking status, advise on support available locally and act by referral to the Pharmacy based Smokefree Hampshire service.

Guidance from the Department of Health has identified that the systematic delivery of very brief advice (VBA) and referral of smokers are a vital part of ensuring that these individuals access the most effective method of stopping smoking.
