A reminder of things you need to do if you need to close during normal opening hours
If the pharmacy needs to close please remember to do the following:
- Email NHS England South East team email: ENGLAND.southeastcommunitypharmacy@nhs.net
- Contact CCG to inform them of closure and likely length of closure
- Contact Drug Treatment Service if clients expected that day – they will need time to produce new prescriptions and redirect clients
- Update DoS using the profile updater see here for more guidance
- Signpost patients to buddy pharmacy
