An updated SystmOne (S1) formulary will be available on 30th April.
This new version is shared across all S1 practices within Hampshire and Isle of Wight and aligns to the local prescribing formulary.
Whilst MOT aims for minimal disruption, you may notice that the format of some doses will change. This may lead to additional checks in the pharmacy as some adjustments may be required.
