Following a recent webinar about Frontline Healthcare Worker Flu vaccination, NHS England Southeast Region is pleased to invite you to a webinar about JITSUVAX: an evidence-based, four-step method developed to equip health workers with skills to navigate vaccine confidence conversations, especially with people who have concerns about vaccines.
Who is the webinar for?
Colleagues working on vaccination programmes in other organisations, ICBs and NHS England are also welcome.
What will the webinar cover?
- Background research into vaccine hesitancy, and evaluation of JITSUVAX in practice, led by academics from the University of Bristol
- An introduction to JITSUVAX techniques including how to build trust and address misinformation while maintaining rapport
- Tips on how to empower people to make their own choices about vaccination from the best information
- A chance to ask questions
Who are the speakers?
Dr Dawn Holford from the School of Psychological Science at the University of Bristol, and Dr Emma Anderson, Executive director and training lead at JITSUVAX Training.
