Change to Metoject device from pre-filled pen to auto injector

New devices being dispensed now
Please make the patient aware at the point of dispensing.
There is a risk of unexpected needle activation by user if they are not aware of new device.

What changed:
- 2-step autoinjector without release button
- Acoustic signal at beginning and end of injection
- Inspection window to check injection is complete
- Needle hidden inside blue needle cover
- Larger labelling with colour code
- Angular shape with anti-rolling-feature
