Community Pharmacy Bank Holiday Planning 2022

In accordance with the Pharmaceutical Regulations, NHS England South East is collating the detail of pharmaceutical provision on Bank Holidays between April & August 2022 to ensure adequate coverage across the region.

This information will also be communicated to the public, NHS 111 and the Out of Hours services.

Please complete the online declaration via the link below by Friday 4^th February 2022

• If you plan to be closed on all the bank holiday dates please still provide a declaration.
• If you have already emailed us a declaration using the old declaration form, please resubmit your declaration using our online submission.

Please note that this year we have an extra Bank Holiday (Jubilee Platinum BH) on 3^rd June 2022

Bank Holiday dates are:

• Good Friday                            15^th April
• Easter Monday                       17^th April
• May Day                                  2^nd May
• Spring Bank Holiday               2^nd June
• Queen’s Platinum Jubilee       3^rd June
• August                                     29^th August
