Claim by Sunday 15th March
Following on from your expression of interest to take part in the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Winter Funding, you can now claim Tier 2.
Pharmacies need to claim by 11.59pm on Sunday 15th March 2026. Payments will be made in April.
Reminder
Tier 2: For community pharmacies within NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight who will be able to prove increase delivery of pharmacy services from submission data November 2025- February 2026
- Increase in delivery of clinical pathway with 5% more across the four months cumulative compared to last year*.
- Able to support the GP practice going live with referring patients into the Contraception Service.
- If approached by a GP practice for support with CVD prevention able to support BP monitoring of hypertensive patients by providing the HCFS.
*Please provide details of the number of clinical pathways completed. We will calculate the cumulative and % increase.
