Consultation Open for the Competency framework for Designated Prescribing Practitioners (DPPs)

RPS are seeking views on the update for the DPP competency framework.
If you're:
- A prescriber
- A designated prescribing practitioner
- An organisation that represents or employs prescribers and DPPs
- Using the competency framework for DPPs in your role or practice.
The framework is being reviewed in collaboration with an expert group on behalf of all prescribers and DPPs in the UK.
This update affects all DPPs and prescribers, including:
- Doctors
- Dentists
- Pharmacists
- Nurses
- Paramedics
- Supplementary prescribers
- Prescriber trainees
- Course providers
- Organisations representing and employing prescribers.
