The regional pharmacy team will aim to respond to emails within 5 working days. Some queries may take additional time for a response if advice/information is required from other departments/healthcare partners.
The email addresses for pharmacies to use:
- For General Enquiries: ENGLAND.southeastcommunitypharmacy@nhs.net
- For Pharmacy Market Entry queries: England.southeastmarketentry@nhs.net
- For Pharmacy Payments queries: england.southeastpharmacypayments@nhs.net
When emailing the regional team always provide the following information:
- Pharmacy name
- Pharmacy address including post code
- ODS code
