Who to contact if you are concerned about an NHS111 referred patient with potential coronavirus

CPSC have been assured that there is a screening process now in place at NHS111 to avoid directing potential coronavirus cases into community pharmacy.
The current criteria for most people is to advise them to stay at home. However there have been a number of circumstances where these criteria have not been met that have caused concern to pharmacies.
It would be advisable to contact the local Public Health Protection Team:
PharmOutcomes - reporting function on CPCS
For all contractors providing the NHS CPCS - If you receive any concerning or questionable referrals, then you should submit an incident report via PharmOutcomes. This will ensure that the NHSE&I Regional Team and NHS 111 see the report and hence investigate it.
If it is of significant concern and you have time, then its recommended that you also do a follow up call to the NHS111 health professions line (as above).
