What is the CPPE Leading for change programme?
It’s a fully-funded 6-month leadership programme open to all registered pharmacy professionals who are in patient facing roles and/or who provide NHS services in England and have responsibility for leading a team or leading services within their organisation. This includes pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in community pharmacy.
It is made up of four online modules:
- Achieving your potential
- Developing and managing services
- Inspiring and achieving the best from your team
- Pharmacy within the wider healthcare system

- Team culture and dysfunctional teams

The online workshops and discussion forums provide an excellent opportunity for you to network with peers and share ideas, problems and potential solutions across the wider healthcare system throughout England.
Please apply for a cohort where you can commit to attending the mandatory online workshop dates which you select. There will be no opportunity to swap workshops, and places are limited.
