A reminder to complete referrals on PharmOutcomes and end of month claiming
DMS is an essential service that all pharmacies are required to provide as part of their NHS contract. Please make sure you are actioning any referrals in a timely manner.
Most referrals will come via PharmOutcomes but all Portsmouth Hospitals Trust referrals and some Lymington referrals are arriving via NHSmail.
Current referral completion rates are:
- University Hospital Southampton 51%
- Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust (Basingstoke & Winchester) 53%
- St Mary’s, IOW 76%
End of month claiming
Run the DMS Manual Claim (found in reports, shown below) – this will provide you with all the information you need to enter on to MYS to claim funding.
