The Public Health England (PHE) Partnership Marketing Team have useful resources for community pharmacies

The flu campaigns are now well underway

The Health and Social Care flu campaign has seen incredible support across both health and social care. Assets are still available to download or order on the following PHE Campaign Resource Centre website page:

PHE have reprinted assets that initially sold out, including the 'I've had my jab' sticker

To support the targeted approach in the public facing campaign there is a range of assets available on the Campaign Resource Centre, which include:

  • Posters - for pregnant women, children 2-3 years old and people with long term health conditions
  • Social media assets
  • Digital screens and web banners
  • A range of translated assets – including posters and leaflets
  • Easy read posters and leaflets
  • Videos for those with a learning disability, or carer of someone with a learning disability, on the importance of the flu vaccine
  • Braille leaflets
  • British Sign Language video

To help answer questions you may be getting on flu vaccine availability, PHE have created a new two page leaflet. It explains why, if a person is eligible, they may be asked to wait for their vaccine. PHE's explanatory statement on flu vaccine and supply is available alongside the leaflet via the link provided below:

This leaflet is also relevant for Health and Social Care workers as well as the public.
