Hampshire and Isle of Wight Primary Care Training Needs Analysis 2025-26
You are invited to contribute to the Primary Care Learning Needs Analysis for Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
This questionnaire can be undertaken by all members of the pharmacy team and your answers are fundamental in helping the ICB to shape and fund future training priorities. The questionnaire is expected to take less than 10 minutes to complete.
It is recommended that individuals complete this questionnaire in discussion with their line manager.

You will not be asked for any personal data in this questionnaire and your responses will be anonymised. The information that you provide will be used by Thames Valley Wessex (TVW) Primary Care School in partnership with the ICB to develop training and education opportunities.
