Have your Say: Pharmacy Skincare Survey open now until 31st December 2021

Written by AlisonFreemantle on Tuesday 9th November 2021

Open to all Pharmacy Team Members to complete

Skin care is a key role for community pharmacy. However, there has been little research on this role, particularly the challenges for community pharmacy staff.

Aston University need your help to understand the key areas of skin care and those that are the most challenging to manage. The findings will be published in scientific journals and at conferences and will help to inform future areas of research. They aim to use the results to develop a programme of research to develop ways to help and support community pharmacy staff with skin conditions or problems.

They are particularly keen to obtain the views from Support Staff such as Medicines Counter Assistants, who are often the first point of contact with the patient, so please share this survey with colleagues and encourage them to take part.

This brief survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. To ensure answers remain anonymous, do not name the location of work or any patient specific details in your responses.

The survey can be accessed here
