HIOW Pharmacy Culture and Leadership Programme

As part of the HIOW pharmacy early careers upskilling, the ICB are pleased to announce a newly created HIOW pharmacy culture and leadership programme is now open for applications.

This programme is open to pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians and pharmacists across all sectors within the geography.

Pharmacy Culture & Leadership Programme

Based on recent system listening events, Hampshire & Isle of Wight ICB have co-produced an exciting and innovative opportunity for developing your pharmacy leadership within the early careers workforce.

This first of its kind leading with authority – advancing health equity programme across the system supports pharmacy leaders to step into their authority to improve health equity, staff inclusion and system-wide culture, while building a trusted community to share strategies and best practice.

This is a Cohort-Based Programme - Limited Places Available

You must commit to attend all four in-person modules and three online sessions.

Leading with Authority - Advancing Health Equity

Venue: Wells Place Centre, Wells Place, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 5LJ

• Module 1: Wednesday 15th April
• Module 2: Wednesday 3rd June
• Module 3: Wednesday 8th July
• Module 4: Thursday 17th September

And Three Online Sessions
