Know Your Numbers! Week

Next week is Know Your Numbers! Week – a national campaign designed to raise awareness of high blood pressure and help people who may be living with the condition unknowingly get the treatment and support they need.

This year’s theme is “Looking for the Missing Millions.”
Currently, an estimated 5 million UK adults aged 18–64 are living with undiagnosed high blood pressure, putting them at increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney disease.

If you provide the Hypertension Case-Finding Service (HCFS), this is an excellent opportunity to:

• Highlight the importance of the campaign.
• Carry out additional blood pressure check.
• Support more people in understanding and managing their health
