Patient Survey Poster to be Displayed
During the winter, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Communications team has been running some patient advertising for Pharmacy First.
To assess how successsful the campaign has been, the ICB are trying to get patient feedback. To help them gather feedback and if you have room, please display the poster in pharmacy and encourage patients to complete.
The survey is open until Saturday 21st March.
