Pharmacy First Service Bundling Requirements

Following on from the CPCF announcement, pharmacies are reminded of the addition of the bundling of services requirements for the Pharmacy First monthly payment.
From June 2025, pharmacies delivering Pharmacy First must also be registered and be able to deliver the Hypertension Case Finding Service and the Pharmacy Contraception Service (PCS) to be eligible for the fixed monthly payment for achieving the minimum number of clinical pathways.
From June there will also be a new fixed payment of £500 for those pharmacies delivering 20 to 29 clinical pathway consultations in a month.
The £1,000 maximum fixed payment for those who deliver the minimum of 30 or more consultations remains.
