The webinar will provide insights into a free online course which was funded by a grant from Upjohn, a division of Pfizer now known as Viatris.
This interactive webinar will provide helpful tips for pharmacy professionals seeking to have more engaging conversations with patients around medication, lifestyle and health improvement.
'The modern-day pharmacist is so much more than a dispenser. They need first class conversational skills to ensure optimal patient/ customer engagement. And not just around medication taking and symptom management - but also around lifestyle change and health coaching to help people make changes which can help both to prevent disease and reduce risk of disease progression and complications.'
The webinar will provide information on access to a free online modular course. Learners will have ongoing access to course modules once released, and new content added to the course platform over time.
