Short survey for Community Pharmacies in HIOW
Community Pharmacy Hampshire & Isle of Wight (CPHIOW) is seeking information on who offers private services across the geography. This information will help us with local lobbying for future commissioning decisions and will also be shared with GP surgeries to assist them in signposting patients to services they do not currently provide.
