Survey request - Healthcare Professional awareness of eating disorders in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

The aim of this survey is to better understand the current level of awareness, so that services in the area can be strengthened and adapted to better support individuals affected, and those involved in their care
CPSC continues to work with West Hampshire Community Diabetes Service (part of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, SH NHS FT) to help further relationships and knowledge between community pharmacy and diabetes services provided in primary care & secondary care.
