Smoking Cessation Service (National Advanced Service)

University Hospital Southampton (Southampton General) are in the final stages of setting up their Smoking Cessation Referral Service. It is expected this will go live within the next month.

Referrals will come through to pharmacies signed up to provide the service via PharmOutcomes.

Pharmacies already signed up to provide the national service:

• Please make sure you are familiar with the service specification and the CO monitor is working.

For pharmacies not signed up

• Consider if you want to sign up and if so, complete the training and order a CO monitor and register to provide the service on MYS.
