Ideas from HIOW Health & Wellbeing to help manage stress
Everyone experiences stress at some point, and we all have differing levels of capacity to cope with adverse or demanding circumstances. The Health & Wellbeing Support Service team from HIOW ICS Health & Wellbeing programme have put together some ideas in a digital toolkit to help colleagues take a proactive approach to wellbeing and help manage their stress.
In the toolkit find out:
- Why work sometimes feels like being attacked by a sabre-toothed tiger!
- How self-care affirmations can help you stay positive.
- How journaling can help you sleep better.
- Some ideas to get you started.
