NHS England and NHS Improvement have published details of this year’s PQS:

This is a summary of the gateway criteria for PQS 21/22:

  1. At least 20 New Medicine Service (NMS) completed between 1st April 2021 – 5th January 2022.
  2. Written Patient Safety Report including:
    1.  LASA learnings
  3. Risk Review including:
    1. Risk of missing sepsis
    2. Risk of missing red flags on OTC sales
    3. Minimising covid transmission
  4. CPPE e-learning for ALL pharmacists and registered technicians*
