Designated Supervisors must register by Monday 15th June
For those with a Trainee Pharmacist starting this summer.
Designated Supervisor Requirements
All trainees must have a confirmed Designated Supervisor before starting the programme (GPhC requirement).
Supervisor registration deadline (summer trainee cohort): Monday 15th June, 12:00 (midday). If a supervisor misses this deadline their trainee(s) will be deferred to the autumn start date.
Supervisors will need the trainee’s correct name, Oriel PIN and training start date before completing the registration form.
Existing Supervisors should have received an email on Wednesday 6th May 2026 to verify their details on file and sign declarations
