Every pharmacy needs to complete the PCN declaration to identify which Primary Care Network they are aligned with. We request that this is reported by 18th October. Read on for how to do this ...
The necessary declaration survey together with additional information about PCNs is available on the following CPSC website page:
The survey will also ask you to declare if you wish to be a PCN lead. Submission of this information will help CPSC facilitate with pharmacists appointed in this role.
