It is a mandatory requirement for all community pharmacies, including distance selling pharmacies, to prepare an annual report on complaints by 31st March each year.
A request was shared on the 1st April 2025 by the South East Commissioning Hub for all pharmacies to send the information to the pharmacy commissioning team.

If you are part of a pharmacy group or multiple, please check with your company manager and/or head office as some have been completed centrally.
