CHIE Annual User Survey

If you use CHIE please complete the annual user survey and help improve CHIE for healthcare professionals across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

The survey is open until 7th April and should take a maximum of 7 minutes to complete.

Your feedback helps to: 

• Quantify how using CHIE reduces the need to contact other services
• Assess whether the time efficiency of 22 minutes per user per day obtained in the 22/23 survey is still accurate
• Verify how the Shared Health and Care Record improves delivery of care
• Assess the impact on users and patient/clients if CHIE wasn’t available
• Explore whether using CHIE helps avoid patient admissions and/or supports faster and improved patient discharge processes
