Choosing an IT system for autumn/winter 2025 Flu and Covid Vaccinations

Webinars by IT suppliers to promote their system
In previous years the IT for the flu programme has been provided by NHS England (PharmOutcomes has been used). This Autumn, Pharmacies will need to choose which supplier they would like to use.
Community pharmacies participating in the autumn/winter Covid-19 and flu vaccination campaigns will soon need to select a Point of Care (PoC) supplier.
To help Pharmacies make this decision, pharmacy colleagues are invited to register for webinars where suppliers will explain their systems:
- 28 July, 3pm – 3:45pm: Positive Solutions Webinar
- 29 July, 3pm – 3:45pm: Cegedim Webinar
- 30 July, 3pm – 3:45pm: Sonar Webinar
- 31 July, 3pm – 3:45pm: Optum Webinar (PharmOutcomes)
- 01 Aug, 3pm – 3:45pm: RAVs Webinar
Recordings will be uploaded to FutureNHS. Supplier selection for assured sites will open from 7 August. Contact england.poconboarding@nhs.net for any registration problems.
