Following feedback from NHS England, a quick reminder on the importance of completing the ‘Presenting Complaint’ information correctly.

Please make sure you are selecting a condition from the drop down list where possible and only using the ‘other’ option as a last resort.

This allows NHS England to analyse the data and look at what else might be added to the drop down list in the future.
