CPPE Community Pharmacy Technician: Advancing your Role Programme 

CPPE offer a fully funded course that aims to develop the knowledge, clinical skills and behaviours of pharmacy technicians working in community pharmacy and the Health and Justice sector to increase patient access to clinical services by widening the skill mix in community pharmacy teams.  

The programme will guide pharmacy technicians to reflect upon their existing transferable skills and identify development needs to support the readiness for advancing their role in practice to support service delivery.  

The programme

• is a four-month structured development programme which supports pharmacy technicians working in community pharmacy  

• takes a blended learning approach and offers a mix of online learning, face-to-face and online workshops, workplace-based practice, and peer support sessions.
