Make change happen – next cohort starts in April
There’s a popular saying: ‘be the change you want to see in the world’. But it’s a little naïve, isn’t it? People – plural – are the real engines of change.
So if you feel frustrated by “we’ve always done it like that”, and have noticed that “getting the job done” always means you end up doing everything yourself, then consider signing up to the Leading for change programme.
Whether you’re currently managing a team, or aspire to, this is an opportunity to seize. Past learners have said:
