The GPhC have published advice to support newly qualified prescribing pharmacists ahead of the first cohort joining the register this summer.
The advice highlights key considerations to support newly qualified prescribing pharmacists to prescribe safely, effectively and within their competence as they begin their careers.
There is also guidance for employers and managers on creating supportive environments in which newly qualified prescribing pharmacists can develop their confidence and competence.
