Complete the first Educator Voice Survey

As healthcare educators, you play a vital role in developing the workforce of today and tomorrow. NHS England WTE would like to hear about your experience as an educator in the first launch of the new national Educator Voice Survey.
The purpose of the survey is to understand more about your experience as an educator, what you think is working well and what could be improved. It is the only national multiprofessional survey open to all healthcare educators working across all healthcare learning environments in England. The survey has been rigorously developed with the University of Cumbria Health and Society Knowledge Exchange (HASKE) and extensively tested with educators like yourself to ensure it captures the most relevant information about your educator experience.
By gathering opinions from educators in both formal and informal roles across the health and care landscape, the survey will:
- capture your feedback on what works well and what needs improvement in your educator role
- highlight challenges you face in your educator role
- offer an opportunity to share good practice across organisations and professions
- provide a platform to suggest improvements to support your work
Your feedback is invaluable and will directly inform the implementation of the Educator Workforce Strategy. It will help create better teaching environments and provide targeted support where it's needed most.
It takes just 10 minutes to complete the survey.
