Written by AlisonFreemantle on Thursday 12th December 2024

Join the pilot course for free

The course aims to support pharmacy professionals in the safe initiation and repeat provision of oral contraception.

FSRH will be piloting the course in the new year and would like to recruit a limited number of pharmacy professionals to join the pilot course for free. They are looking for people who will be able to actively engage with the course, and who can provide the feedback needed to further develop the course.

The pilot will involve learners engaging in three modules:

  • Module 1 will be self-directed learning, with resources provided to support this (approx. 5.5 hours).
  • Module 2 and 3 will be online sessions, led by experienced facilitators (each approx. 2.5 hours long).

Module 1
Materials would be provided towards the end of January 2025.

Module 2
Virtual session scheduled to take place on the evening of 27 February 2025.

Module 3
Virtual session scheduled to take place on the evening of 11 March 2025.

The pilot will involve attendees engaging fully in all three modules, in addition to providing feedback throughout to support the course development.

How to apply

To apply to be involved in the free pilot, please fill in the application form.

Please note there are limited spaces available on the free pilot and they are looking to recruit attendees from a range of geographical locations. Places will be offered on a best representation of audience sample basis across locations.
