What to do if you need to close during normal working hours

Notifying unplanned temporary suspensions of pharmaceutical services via NHSBSA Manage Your Service (MYS)

A module has been added to MYS that enables pharmacies to notify their ICB of any temporary closure of their pharmacy.

This is instead of using the paper form (Appendix 18) and emailing the information to ICB pharmacy teams.

The MYS module will automatically send notifications to the relevant ICB and will also enable the pharmacy to see a record of any submissions that have been made via MYS.

Currently, use of the module is voluntary. ICBs will receive reports of submissions multiple times a day so they are aware of any service suspensions in their area.
