Community Pharmacy England and Healthwatch England are gathering patient feedback to help improve the Pharmacy First service.
Pharmacy teams are encouraged to promote the feedback survey to patients after consultations for the Minor Illness or Clinical Pathways elements of the service.
Posters and flyers are available to help encourage participation.
The responses will support a national evaluation, inform service improvements, and demonstrate the service’s value. The survey remains open until at least the end of 2025.
