Reminder
Pharmacies signed up to provide the Pharmacy First Service MUST provide ALL 7 clinical pathways.
The current exception is Otitis Media which pharmacies have until 31st March to start delivering* due to issues around availability of otoscopes and pharmacist competence.
If pharmacies receive a referral for Otitis Media that they cannot complete, this referral can be forwarded to another pharmacy for completion rather than referring the patient back to the surgery.
