Updated Incident Reporting Requirements

New Incident Reporting requirements (Approved Particulars) will be published to the NHS England website from 8th July 2024.
This document will replace the previous Approved Particular which have been in place since 2012. Pharmacies should familiarise themselves with the content of this new document to ensure they understand what is required should an incident occur, including being familiar with what is considered an incident.
