Engaging and empowering people to look after their own health better is the theme of this year’s Self Care Week
Self Care Week is an annual national awareness week that focuses on embedding support for self care across communities, families and generations.
This year’s theme is to 'think' self care for a healthier, happier life and has the strapline 'Think Self Care for Life'.
